[ASK] TH9 maxed only heros left I recently maxed all of the walls at th9. Now i only have the heros left. BK is level 23 and Queen is level 20. Should i max them out before going to th10 or can i go to th10 when they are 25/25? I do not take part in clan wars. Any tips/ideas ? https://t.co/1uafpPdMzc
